The Billing Office software features the latest database technology. We use the most recent version of Microsoft's Jet Technology Shared Data Files for Carriers, CPT, ICD9, Zip Codes and Transaction Codes.

We also have a unique hybrid solution of full outsourcing and traditional in-house operations. It is called “InSourcing” and offers practices that wish to keep their billing in-house the chance to use and take advantage of The Billing Office’s complete business architecture.

With InSourcing, your staff continue to do most of the tasks associated with billing and collections: they load charges, submit claims, work accounts receivable and manage patient calls and payments using our technology platform, business processes and key vendor relationships.

Your practice uses PMX3 from The Billing Office data center and you have the benefit of our user support for your staff. You can elect to turn on other applications that we have integrated with our program, and you can piggyback on our electronic claims and patient statement arrangement. With InSourcing, you can take advantage of our volume discounts on paper, printing and postage.

You can also elect to have The Billing Office perform select tasks such as payment posting or A/R status checking, depending on the staffing levels of your practice and the skills of your staff.
